Tranmere Foreshore Trail
Getting There
There is no dedicated car park at the start of the walk but on-street parking is available on Tranmere Road. There is a bus stop on Tranmere Road at the start of the walk and another bus stop 200m north of Pindos Park on Tranmere Road for those who only want to walk one-way.
The walk is 3.5km one way and follows the Tranmere foreshore, finishing at the Pindos Park playground which has BBQ facilities. The first part of the walk is a gravel track located within the foreshore reserve. The only toilets are located halfway along the walk where the path leaves the foreshore reserve and follows along the side of Tranmere Road. Eventually the path returns to a foreshore reserve near Pindos Park.
